A Perfect Stay in the Heart of the Guanajuato! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by this hotel’s charm and attention to detail. The room was spotless with fresh linens, a modern yet cosy design with a mix of sandstone, character tiles and wood. It felt like a peaceful retreat right in the middle of the town’s energy. The location couldn’t be better—just steps away from great restaurants, and all the main attractions. Despite being in the center of everything, the room was quiet and restful, offering the perfect balance between excitement and relaxation. Great view of all the parades and town from balcony. Staff were warm and professional, always ready with a smile and very helpful. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and charming place to stay right in the heart of the action, this hotel is an absolute gem. I’ll definitely be returning if I can get back to Mexico.
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location cannot be beat as it’s centrally located and great for exploring the city. Our allocated room was spacious and comfortable. The service level is great - I don’t speak much Spanish but we managed to get what we needed. We enjoyed our meals (breakfast and dinner) at the rooftop bar. We would recommend this hotel to any of our friends and would stay here again without hesitation.
I walked through the lobby of this place one evening just to check out their rooftop bar, and the lobby was so beautiful that I decided I needed to stay. The experience more than lived up to thay first impression. The room was luxurious and impeccably clean and fresh, and the service was top notch. Highly recommend.
I couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly. It is tranquil, elegant, in a perfect location and the staff were superb- kind, welcoming, sincere and helpful. A special shout out to Camila on the front desk, so professional and courteous! The hotel itself is an old style building that has been beautifully and tastefully renovated. Our room was very comfortable and spacious, with all the necessities including an Nespresso machine! The bathroom had underfloor heating and a spacious shower. The hotel has a rooftop back that overlooks the main cathedral- quite the view. The hotel is within walking distance of all the key sights and food spots. If we return to Guanajuato, we would definitely stay in this hotel again!
We had such a wonderful stay! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the staff treated us so well from start to finish. Our room was stunning, clean, and comfortable. The rooftop restaurant was is great, the food and drinks were amazing, and the views were just as incredible. Perfect location and an overall beautiful experience. Highly recommend!
